Food was good and service was quick
I had ordered curbside but ran next door to the grocery store before picking up. When I pulled up to East Coast, there were no to-go spots so I parked along the curb and ran in. The girls at the front were extremely busy but still friendly and showed me my food to make sure it was correct before leaving.
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to West Coast Wings in Clemson, SC. I ordered the 25-piece bone-in wing and chip combo, and once again, my order wasn’t right. I didn’t receive my chips at all, and the wings—which I specifically asked to be crispy—were so overcooked they basically turned to dust.
What made it more frustrating is that when I went inside to pick up my order, there was no employee in sight. The restaurant wasn’t even busy; maybe two couples were dining in. This is now the second time I’ve had issues getting what I ordered, and it’s honestly making me question whether it’s worth coming back. I expect at least the basics to be correct.
My wife and I had never been to this location, but we were in the area shopping and on our way home when she seen your sign at the road. I would have never noticed it if she didn’t say - Hey there is an East Coast. I said, let’s try it out. We walked in and I didn’t see a lot of people, so I immediately thought the worse. But it was great. Food was on point and full of flavor. Wings were cooked perfectly, as I like a little bit of crunch to my wings. Her quesadilla was perfect also.

Waitress was nice and kept checking on us. Chip basket was very good, however, the wings we ordered were barely warm and several of them had hard and crunchy spots on them.

My salad was missing ingredients and not very much of what it did have. The other things we ordered were fine. Just inconsistent. Never know if it’s going to be good or not.
Nothing really. I just went at a busy time (because it’s so good) so I had to wait a bit for my pick up order since there was only one person at the desk and they were on the phone taking down a telephone order

The buffalo dip is to die for! And I like how they show me my food for pick up before I leave the restaurant.
I ordered to side salads and they did not look good at all. Lettuce and tomato’s were not fresh. I ordered wings and tenders and when I opened the bag the sauce was all over all the boxes. I was not happy with the food that I got.
