My family and I are always made to feel welcome. The food and service are stellar. There is enough variety on the menu to please the whole family. Also, I like that they introduce new items.

This was our first time at an East Coast Wings location. Wings came out cold, like they had been fried well before we ordered and then were tossed in cold sauce. Also, the wings were served with way to much sauce on the plate.
Wings were cooked just right and sauced perfectly

My bartender was amazing. She knew the menu.

Service excellent, wait staff attentive, FOOD was HOT and FRESH....Front of the House lacked common sense--we stood in the Lobby for a GOOD 5-7 mins with no one in front or behind us, lots of open tables....lack of knowledge of how to greet, seat and handle new customers. The manager even came over to the guy and ask what he was doing? But never seemed to know either what was going on and speed up the process. It had been awhile since we had been there before due to similar things like this. You guys need to get it TOGETHER! LOVE The WINGS, HOT CHIPS!!

New app/website is not user friendly- when ordering tenders, 1st required option did not apply to my order, but I was required to make a selection (I chose sauce on the side, but I didn't want any sauce or extra crispy). Question either needs to not be required or have a "none" option.
Ordered chips "semi-floppy." They were VERY floppy, even undercooked.
Otherwise, food and service were excellent.
Everything. The sweet hot tacos were terrific!! The buffalo fingers were very good -- One suggestion: put a knife in with the spoon and fork. They are so big they need to be cut into bite size pieces.

Sweet potato waffle fries were partially burned. The serving size was very skimpy. I have eaten inside and received a better serving size.
Wings are prepared just as I ask; ordering is easy; the wings taste great; the order is ready in a reasonable amount of time
Unfortunately we have had 3 poor experiences in the past year and a half. We have been there 3 times. Once the food order was given to someone else and instead of double-checking on our order they kept telling us "it was in process". Until my husband insisted and they realized our order was gone. A 45 minute mistake before he was able to get our food that should have been ready when he got there. I can't remember the second time but he reminded me it was another poor management situation. Third time, I placed the order and went to pick it up and the entrance area was full of people waiting to be seated. However there was no one in the front of the business. After a minute or two I went to the bar and asked to have someone come up to the front. She said she would tell them but I'm almost certain she didn't. After a couple more minutes the hostess came up to the front carrying two takeout orders. I let her know that there had been no one in the front and at least one family walked out because no one came to seat anyone. I specifically said they had lost business because they didn't have anyone in the front of the building and she acted like she couldn't have cared less. There were still people who had no been seated standing there and the front was completely empty. I think one group had more people coming but I also heard they were in a hurry. Y'all better go somewhere else if you are in a hurry. Based on my experience of how poorly the front was handled, I won't go back even though we liked the food. 3 visits, 3 poor experiences. 3 visits months apart and each time the management of the business was the problem.
