Our server was exceptionally kind and friendly.

Able to order on the app. Wings were a good size and tasty
Ordered steak & cheese sub with no peppers and it came out with peppers on it. Had to remake it. Felt amount of steak on sub isn't enough for what you charge for it. It barely covered the bread.

The young man that was my waiter was very consistent and attentive to his job.
I would think there would be some sort of accuracy check on orders? Ordered takeout and my boneless wings were not sauced at all. Ordered Maui and received plain eventhough Maui was written on the box. Was disappointed. Food was still good though. Still just disappointed based on price paid and didn't get my order correct.
The food is always perfect!
Customer service during take out they show you your order and verify to the ticket to be sure its correct.
The honey bbq boneless wings were delicious, as was the mac ‘n cheese and tater tots. Our waiter was prompt and friendly. We had zero wait time for a table. We also appreciated the $4 incentive that was automatically added to rewards members accounts.

We ordered take out and our order was missing the sauces that came on our items. My (Korean type) burger was dry and the sauces were definitely needed for the flavor and one of the main reasons ordered it. My daughter’s fiesta quesadilla also didn’t have the sauce that comes with it and she was the only reason we came there, because she wanted that for dinner. She didn’t like it dry.

This was our first visit. It WON’T be our last.
The atmosphere was beautiful, inviting, and well-kept. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were so patient with us and checked on us throughout our experience. We now have a great spot to dine out as a family.

We LOVE ECW. The best wings around. Salads are always fresh. Love the Buffalo chicken dip, and the burgers are great. Highly recommend.
Not a lot of actual vegetarian entrees. How about some cauliflower wings? Or spinach dip? Service was fine at bar. Food took forever.
Love the friendly atmosphere where I can lunch with my friends for lunch.
The food at lunch is delicious and we love that our drink is included in the price. We really miss the soup choice in the menu especially in cold weather. Please reconsider that decision! Your salads are very good and we always include one either as a side or main dish.
