I paid extra for all drums and received mixed. On those same wings I asked for the black and blue and mild heat and only received the mild sauce. It’s 75/25% ratio if our order will be right if I order on the website. I never have those issues when eating at the store so I really don’t understand the difference.
The wings were on point as usual
It was close to 15 to 20 minutes before the waitress that was standing right behind our table talking about what seemed to be her personal life and the couple she was talking to. People that were sat in another area had their drinks before we even got to give ours. Then when she took our order she immediately took to couple seated beside us (whom had just sat down). My boneless wings were dry and in my opinion over cooked. I do love East Wings in Salisbury but we will not return to the one in Kannpolis due to this is not the first time there we had issues. And no I did not complain while we were there.

French fries were undercooked compared to other east coast wings we go to.
Food and service were excellent.
We were never asked if we wanted desert, the bill was just placed at our table. When my husband asked if we could get a cookie, she said let’s see what time it is…. I understand that you close at 9:30, but if we want desert it should not matter what time it was. That’s more money in your pocket. We didn’t not show up right at closing time.
We started going to Salisbury because we felt like the service was better, but the last 2 times we have been the service was ok.
The food is always delicious and love the waiter that works behind the bar. He is amazing
The floor in the dining and bathroom areas were extremely slick on 08/01/2024. As adults over 70 yrs old, we had to be careful walking in and out without having our feet slip out from under us. Otherwise, the food was fine......

The counter person was super nice but the wings were hard and flavorless. They tasted like they had been sitting out all day and refried. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure where to begin, but I will say we will not be returning to this location.
First off, the person at the front of the restaurant was polite and courteous. However, when our To-go teas were brought to us I plainly asked are these unsweetened as requested on our To-go order? I was advised yes so when a sip was taken when we got home you can imagine my being upset as they were sweet teas. In the trash they went. I'm not even sure you can put my buffalo grilled chicken salad in the salad category. The chicken was so dry with no flavor at all and was not even chopped. The lettuce what little was provided was in large pieces, not chopped. No tomatoes were provided.. one piece of green pepper and no cheese or bacon bits. My husband's buffalo grilled chicken wrap barely had any chicken and no flavor. We requested bourbon honey mustard.. again when we got home it was regular honey mustard. These type of incidents remind me why I should eat at home.
On our last visit my bone in wings were great but my wife's chicken sandwich was tough, bun was burnt on the inside and tater tots were cold. The server did not charge us for the my wife's lunch after I complained

We had a terrible experience. It took us 15 min after asking to get water. Took 30 min to get appetizer. Our waitress never checked on us. Very disappointed
