Great food and service
Your chicken fingers are always dee-lish!
Courteous service. Quality food.
Good food. Hot and ready to go at time it was promised
Great experience every time I go there
My food was prepared exactly like I ordered it. I am a regular customer and they know me
Pleasant staff, clean facility and great hot food!!!
Great bartender and food
I always get the Bang Bang flavor when I order wings. The last couple of times, there has been hardly any sauce on the wings. In the past this was not a problem. The last time I ordered I ordered them and chose "Saucy" thinking that might solve the problem but I got even less sauce. In fact, I couldn't tell if they had any on them. You used to do better. Not sure what happened.
The food and a friendly staff
The food was delicious and getting the food was rather quickly. The waitress was exceptional. Very attentive. All over was a great experience for my birthday. Thank you.
Great experience. Wings were very good. Quick service.
The food was very good juat like I remember and glad I still have a place I can get good wings
My chicken fingers were different flavers. One had a lot of barbecue sauce on it which is don’t like.
Delivered completely wrong order. Had to drive to location to pick up.
Staff was quick to correct, but I won’t risk delivery going forward. Close enough I can pick up and double check my order.
Great service
Our waitress, Harley, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Other staff members also checked on us. The food, as always was tasty and arrived as ordered.
Service was great! Food was on point as always.
My order was incorrect. The wings my wife ordered were supposed to be a mild heat and they were medium and my order was mild and was supposed to be medium. This was very disappointing due to the fact we have been ordering from East Coast for years. My wife was so disappointed that she doesn't want order from you all for a very long time. I would hope someone will see this survey and make sure it doesn't happen again in the future and make this situation right. Thank for listening.
The last few times my fiancé and l have eaten there our silverware was dirty but in plastic sleeves like it was supposed to be ready for the next customer
We always enjoy the food and great variety of sauces offered for our wings.
Good was good and ordered was correct. Great service!
Service, Jason was friendly and attrntive and food was great!
Very good. I recommend.
Very friendly staff. Love the food and always a great atmosphere
Great food
The cashiers were professional and accommodating by removing the questionable item from my bill. I ordered sweet potato fries that did not appear to be freshly cooked and the portion size was quite small to be charged $4. With that being said, the remainder of my order was met to my satisfaction.
My friends and I had a wonderful time at ECW last weekend. All three of us were seated at the bar area and we all experienced great service and food! The new bartender was awesome, and she took great care of us the entire time we we're there!
