We just love your restaurant! Always something new to eat.
The wings are delicious. We love the appetizers, fried pickles and nachos. The burgers are great. Philly cheese. I haven't had anything bad.
I was greeted when I entered the restaurant and thanked when I left. The customer service was awesome and they addressed me by name. The price and the quality of the food was inline with my expectations!

My carryout order was totally wrong and pretty much ruined her 4th of July picnic because there was nothing for my kids to eat since everything was spicy hot.
I understand the AC was out, I understand I was only one person, I understand it was right after the lunch "rush" but the service wasn't good. I only saw 6 customers at most but hardly got any attention. I was sat in one of the closetest booth due to being on crutches and a boot after ankle surgery. I went to East Coast due to my birthday reward, since I knew I had to use it. I understand it wasn't a huge bill being one person and the reward but I shouldn't of had to get up and find any waitress to find mine to get a bill and a to go box almost after 10 mins of waiting. After finishing eating. People eat alone sometimes and in my case my dad was in the hospital due to lung cancer surgery, so I wanted to treat myself. Food was good, no complaint there but the atmosphere and attention I got was horrible. I'd rather go to the High Point East Coast on South Main then go to the New Garden again.
When i placed my to go order, I did not receive the dressings or carrots and celery.
I like the food at East Coast Wings! The Kernersville location needs to improve on cleanliness.
