How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not enough support in there, most likely in the kitchen, with one server and the manager delivering food. A three may be a little hard on scoring but this has been an on going problem up there. The food was good just took a long time to come out. When we walked in no one was at the front and bar area tables that hadn’t been cleaned we almost just left at that point because of the past experiences.

What could we do to improve?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a horrible time trying to use a gift card. It was declined when I tried to use it on the app and it was also declined when the employees tried to redeem.
