As a local Chef, Author, and ServSafe Instructor, I frequently visit area establishments, and I wanted to personally commend your team.

The food quality was excellent, and the customer service I received was top-notch. It is always a pleasure to see a local spot maintaining such high standards in both the kitchen and the front of house. I truly think highly of your restaurant and the experience you provide to the community.

If I may offer one small suggestion from a professional perspective to help elevate the guest experience even further: I noticed the glass entry doors could use a bit more frequent attention.

Assigning a team member to keep the glass polished throughout the shift would make a significant difference in the initial "curb appeal" and overall polish of the restaurant. It’s a small detail that would make your storefront look as sharp as the service inside.

My salad was missing. The Mac and cheese was mostly missing. And one side of the burgers was overcooked.

They are friendly and even though I only go once a week, they have gotten to know my order. I'm just waiting for the day I sit down and they just bring me my normal order without me saying a thing. LOL!!!

What could we do to improve?

The person at the front did not give me all of my order, glad I checked it before I left. A they were not very knowledgeable or just didn’t care about there job, I think the latter. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and not friendly at all.
