When you charge people extraordinary prices for condiments , and when you get home, the right count of condiments are never in the bag. And it has happened more than once.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It is a regular occurrence that the hot chips are not hot, and often the wings are lukewarm and barely covered in sauce. Previously, there was enough sauce to dip the chips, but definitely not today.
Today (08/13/25), the boneless wings were overcooked.

Always love East Coast (except for the boneless wings). Food is most always hot and delicious. The tables could use some better cleaning. They are often sticky when you are seated.

The wings were not seasoned. I did an advance order for pickup and still had to wait an additional 10minutes and I was late for the pick up time.
