I like everything the way it is and you all adding the tip to online ordering was great. I hope you bring back the chicken salad wrap that was real good.
The wings were horrible. They weren’t crispy very chewy. The Cajun garlic medium did not have any flavor. The plain fried wings were over cooked. This was my worst experience and I spent over $60…

Everything , the boneless wings were awesome, the fries were great!
Ordering online not able to have multiple indexes. Had to order separate wing orders that resulted in an additional $5. Sweet potato fries were undercooked.

The to go orders are very inconsistent in quality. Sometimes the orders is perfectly done. Unfortunately too often, either the wings taste like they have been sitting around for hours and are super dry or the chip tray/basket container is half empty. A little more consistency would be good. Also I don’t know how many times I’ve called in a to go Order and have been put on hold which is fine but often no one ever re answers the phone to take the order so I have to call in again. Sometimes this happens multiple times so I have to drive to the restaurant and place my to go order in person.
