Great service and food
Everything was great! The waiter was excellent. I just don’t usually recommend places to eat to anyone.
Always great customer service. The wings sometimes are not consistent with sauce application or being overcooked and dry.
Service was great. BUT, our order was not cooked the way we ordered. We ordered our chips to be crispy but they were barely fried at all. We could have sent them back but then our entree would have been cold. This has happened the last two times we have been there. Sorry, but we will take our business to another location.
Wings,service was good
The health rating was low, but we decided to eat anyways. There were only 2 other groups of customers in the restaurant but the food took over 30 minutes to arrive. We had to ask for silverware twice and the second time, we were given plastic silverware. The whole restaurant felt dirty, including the bathroom. We will not be back
New management is on point. He's always visible and taking care of customers promptly.
Ice options for the amount of ice in the drink
The buffalo sauce is just powder and oil, not very tasty.
My family and I had a great experience a few days ago at ECW King! The service was excellent and the food tasted great. Each and every time we visit this location, it is always on point! Every employee there is very nice, friendly and professional. The food is always cooked excellent. We really enjoy eating at this establishment and will continue to visit!

Fries were great! Unfortunately my wrap was not made properly.
I loved the service and my favorite flavor of wings!!!
Staffing issue? Lunch hour turn around time was okay but our waitress seemed to be doing too many jobs at one time (didn’t seem to be her fault) so we had to keep asking for things like the bill and boxes at the end of lunch hour from another waitress who had to go find ours.

Food is always fresh and variety of choices are numerous.
I always enjoy coming here. Whether it's for lunch with friends, or picking up wings for a party, it never disappoints. The service and food are awesome, and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The great customer service I received from the two girls at the cashier counter, they were very personable and knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. Made my day.

I love the flavor of all of your wings, however the last few times that I have gotten them they have been overcooked. I will ask for them to not cook them hard and they are still overcooked. Although when I call they do agree to make the order again, I still have to get in my car take the wings back and then come back home which is extra gas as well as wear on my car. When wings are different sizes they cannot all be cooked for the same amount of time because then you will have some that are done and some that are overcooked.
Third visit and I am coming back anytime I want wings.
I love that you can adjust the heat on your sauces. I can actually order honey mustard wings and bourbon wings with volcanic heat. 10/10
No wing place in my general area doesn’t do that. I would have order like 911 sauce as an example.
The music choice for the restaurant is interesting. It just goes all over the place. I am all about it. 10/10
If I have to say something “negative” it would be check on the guests from time to time for refills on drinks or try to get us buy more alcohol. We were willing to buy more drinks but the server we had didn’t really check on us after we finished eating and only checked on us for orders only.
Figured the server was new or probably was juggling tables.
At least the server sold us on some nachos though 👍
