This was one of our favorite places to eat. There was a cook there that recently left. The wings have not been the same since he did. They are not nearly as flavorful. They seemed to not have any seasoning

Price points are a bit high. Kitchen tends to mess up orders. First order had wrong sauce that kids wouldn't eat. Had to wait for the correct order to be made
Ordered a steak Philly and garden salad for pickup. Took over 40 minutes and they forgot the thousand island dressing for the salad.
Amount of food for cost. Also the temperature of food.
Unfortunately ECW has become overpriced, as for the quality it is not the same. The wings are not cooked properly. The few times that we do order is when there is a promotion happening. The quality has went down hill over the past few years, wings lack enough sauce and if you do want enough sauce to cover the wings now you have to pay for extra sauce. The last visit the chicken had an odd taste to it on the inside like it was spoiled. We may return, but the quality of food/ handling and prepping of food, and efficiency needs to be addressed first at this location. This used to be a great place we went every weekend. Not sure what happened.

you just never know what you're going to get. sometimes the waitress is friendly and does well and sometimes not. sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's just ok. this last time the wings were great but the salad was only half full in the bowl and the lettuce tasted off. the manager is always great.

I would definitely recommend this place more during the summer, we went all the time. Well students are back and I guess they have new staff. We went this past Tuesday for our son’s 5th birthday. It took a long time for the bartender to come take our order. We ordered our drinks which took a bit to get them. We also put in a chip order with our drinks and never got them until our food came oit(which took awhile also) but the bartenders friends came in and sat at the bar and they got waited on a good bit and even got some of their food before we even got ours and we ordered ours before them. We loved this place over the summer. We may have to wait to come back after school is out again next summer.

It's a shame that I live closer to the store in Mount Airy. But yet, I have to go to king to get my food because I was treated so disrespectfully that's your mannery facility.
With that being said, I have never had a problem at king. Very polite orders are prepared as ask and the food is always awesome.

The to-go service was quick and easy. Cashier was friendly as well.
Wings are great most of the time. Only gave it an 8 bc sometimes when we order crispy/extra crispy they will be “normal” any my wife does not like that.
