The chicken wings were cold!!! I called and spoke to a female employee who said "yeah, someone else said the same thing about theirs, you can always pop them in the microwave". I said "ma'am, we don't have a microwave at my work". She stated "okay, we'll I can't do anything about that, maybe they sat too long before you picked up your order". Which was not correct, I ordered from the parking lot, then walked inside to wait. The chips were burnt, and the wings were cold. Such a shame!!
Great, fresh salads are perfect sides to the wings! Always a good atmosphere!

We really like the pub pretzel bites with the beer cheese. We ordered the nacho platter for the two of us. Those two things were more than the two of us could eat.

The staff are excellent, they treat me with kindness and remember me from previous visits, the food is excellent and never a long wait time, our to go to place to eat.
We love ECW!! We discovered ours in Kingsport, TN about 2 months ago and have enjoyed the chips, margaritas, chicken salads and burgers… the servers each time were friendly and knowledgeable about all the wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely keep going and it has become one of our favorite go-to places to eat.
