The bartenders are great. The food is pretty consistent. Beer is reasonably priced. The relevant sports of the hour are usually already on the TV. This a serious pet peeve of mine. If I go into a sports bar and the Vols are playing any sport that isn't on atleast one TV you have failed. No smoking on the patio.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My boneless “wings” were nothing like they usually are.
I felt rushed as the hostess stand doubled as a take out stand. There was nowhere I was even able to check my order.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I asked for crispy on my online order, the 25 wings were lite warm and rubbery. Definitely not crispy.
