This particular east coast has had its share of problems for the last few years. I like east coast and will go to the one in kernersville when ever possible and try my best to avoid the n main Highpoint location.
In my opinion a change in managers there would help to remedy the situation. Most of the problems there seem to come from her more than lackadaisical leadership.
Everything everybody at the party enjoyed the wings
We love ECW. We eat there at least once a week, but NEVER when Susan is working! She is rude, not helpful at all. She ruins the whole experience!
Food was good and waiter kept our beers full. Restaurant was clean and staff was very nice. Overall a great experience
Over half of our chips were limp and greasy. The waitress came by when we were halfway through and we showed them to her. She asked if we'd like another batch...we declined but thanked her.
We enjoy the staff at ECW but the inconsistency in the food is a bummer.
I like the sweet potatoes fries but they are also under cooked most of the time.
I just want crunchy chips or fries the first time!

The medium sauce was as expected, the wings were as expected, the cost was the toughest to bare. If there are any improvements to be made, it would definitely be in the realm of costs (either lowering the cost per wing or adding a small free side to the bone-in wings). The other would be to make the wings less chewy/tough in texture.

The food was excellent. The issue was, we waited for at least 15 minutes with no service. I had to go ask, and they didn't know we were there, even though the hostess sat us. We then had to wait another 10 minutes or so for them to come get our drinks. The wait on the food was just as long as the wait to get service and beverages.
