On December 4, 2023, around noon, I visited ECWG at 2703 S. Main St, High Point, NC. Unfortunately, the service I received was subpar. While there, I witnessed the cashier speaking rudely to a customer on the phone and using profanity after disconnecting the call. When I asked for my pickup order and requested ketchup, the cashier placed only a few packets in the bag. When I asked for a few more, the cashier responded with a dismissive "I guess" and flung the packets onto the counter. I considered speaking to a manager but decided to leave and call the corporate office instead. I talked to a representative who promised a callback, but have yet to receive one.
I have been frequenting this location for more than four years, but unfortunately, this is the first time I have encountered any issues. I don't have high expectations from people or companies, but everyone should be respected. Having worked with the public for over 25 years, I have never encountered many disrespectful people until the last few years. Moreover, I have never made a promise that I couldn't keep. As human beings, we must strive to do better and hold others accountable for their actions.

I had a to go order and didn’t check it until I got home. . Wings didn’t have enough sauce. When I eat in wings always have enough sauce.
The last two (take out) visits were very disappointing. Both times the order was not written down correctly, both times the person at the desk would not enter my rewards number because she didn’t know how. I had to ask for the manager the first time and another employee the second time. I also had to explain that I was being over charged. The person taking my payment argued that she was correct. The manager had to correct that as well. As I previously said the last two visits were very disappointing.

The food is always great! I credit our server Jazzmine for this as I’ve witnessed her checking our food when it is set out and then taking it back into the kitchen. YOU DON’T GET SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE!

John, the manager at the Mt. Airy location, is almost always there. He, also, is very friendly and personable.

Food was perfect
My online order on 12/10 didn’t connect to store computer and got charged twice
No blue cheese or ranch was provided. The wings were dry; barely anynsauce
Ordered online at 6:52pm, message I received stated it would be ready at 7:52pm when I received order it was cold didn’t have funnel fries I had ordered, when I called to ask where my funnel fries were I was told they had run out , then he said he didn’t know why I was told that. This was our first time and we’re really disappointed. I was told he would try to get a credit for us. No return call , nothing heard from anyone. Really disappointed.
On Monday 12/11/23 I placed in person order of 15 sweet bbq medium wings & 30 hot wings-staff was very pleasant—upon arrival home I have 10 sweet bbq wings—I called restaurant & was told to return the 10 wings which I did-they were replaced correctly-No compensation for a trip and return from Pfafftown to get corrected order-I will make sure to check order before leaving establishment in the future & hopefully staff will work more diligently to make the orders are correct!
