You got my order wrong. Instead of just giving me the food because there’s no way to reuse it. It will just be thrown away. I had to give back 10 of my wings. They had to re-order the right wings. It was absolutely ridiculous! Poor customer service!!!! Never apologized either. On top of it all wings we’re horribly too greasy!
Good food.. good prices… great service
I was disappointed in this visit. Prices had gone up (but understandably so) but quality had gone down. Burger had “off” flavor. Fries were requested unseasoned and arrived mostly unseasoned but also mixed in with seasoned fries, which I do NOT like. Portion size was much smaller than usual. Overall disappointing.
The bartenders, food, and drinks were all excellent.
The best Old Fashioneds in the tri cities are made at the Kingsprt East Coast Wings. Both Randy and Lindsey make them perfectly!. Their other drinks are also great, but the Old Fashioneds are amazing.

Good Service....Good Food ... Off the Lunch Menu that I wish would have more choices to pick from...A larger lunch menu would be nice !! Enjoyed the Wings with the dry rub... Good experience.... friendly and helpful waitress and always a clean Restaurant !!!
I have found things to be inconsistent…I order sweet bbq boneless wings (hot) and the sauce is not the same…sometimes the sauce is yellowish/orange. Other times its deep mahogany red…and when its not the mahogany reddish color its not the same. We love the food, when it’s prepared right.
As well - the wings are not consistent in size. I ordered the 25 count and chip deal and over 1/4 were almost ends of others; nowhere near the size and meat…
I love your salads.
Our waitress was terrible. She never brought a refill for our drinks and we had to ask several times. She forgot our sides. She didn’t bring us any silverware until we asked several times. There were a few tables being used but they weren’t busy. She wasn’t rude but she just wasn’t a good waitress. We won’t return to the Hickory location again, we will stick with Statesville.

I rather go to east coast wings in High Point as the one in high point is cleaner and cleaner and better atmosphere then the one in Thomasville. Thomasville the salt and pepper shakers are nasty and rusty on the lids and the pot holders are nasty dirty.
My last order was an online order, so there was minimum contact with an employee. From my last order everything was fine.
The chairs are very uncomfortable
