I paid for flavors; however, there was not enough sauce or dry rub on my wings. You can make things right by providing more sauce free of charge.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We ordered 35 wings. 25 of them were cold, overcooked and hard. But 10 of them were hot and good. I wish all of them were hot. Really disappointed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The buffalo chicken dip that I ordered was a thin layer of the chicken dip and a real thick layer of cheese. I had purchased the buffalo chicken dip from another location, two days in a row, and it was the best. This was such a disappointment, I don’t do well with eating thick cheese due to throat issues. I was so disappointed more than disappointed.

great food and nice group of employees. Cold beer. The chili ty sauce was tangy compared to what weve had at other East Coast but every thing else was top notch

Chicken wasn't fried long enough. Very disappointed. I had an offer to try the carnival fries. They were so burnt. Just very displeased
