Food is not consistent. Salads ingredients and portions should not change. Wings sauces add more variety. Allow the customer to provide instructions again how they want them cooked. Quality of restaurant food has drastically changed since Covid. We cant keep using the excuse of lack of staff
We came in for lunch as we were celebrating my birthday. I ordered the lunch burger special. The meal arrived and upon opening the burger to put some ketchup on there was a long hair hanging out of the sandwich.
In my job I'm a certified SQF practitioner and have dealt with the the TDA and the FDA for almost 40 years. I work in a facility making closures for the food and dairy industries. A key and strict requirement we must follow is proper sanitation and cleanliness which includes hairnets and beardnets. I've never understood why restaurants are not required to wear them.
Needless to say, I left your facility a VERY unhappy customer.
wings were really salty this time. I didn't taste any lemon pepper seasoning.

Food is consistently great. Reasonably priced, Best value in the area for burgers, wings and salad. Fair price on quality draft beer too, Loyalty program saves even more. They have had massive staff turnover throughout the years but that seems to have stabilized.
This is our go to for a meal that we know will be great, more than enough food and won't break the bank even with a generous tip.

Take out was ready to pick up when I got there. Chips were a little cold, but microwave heated and he up. Got my $10 credit for my birthday.

I come in and order the same thing almost every week. I always call and ask for extra sauce on the wings because there's never any sauce on the wings. And when I finally get the wings and look at them, I have to request a side of the sauces because there's not even enough sauce on the wings to cover 3 of the 10. Yall need to start putting more sauce on the wings.
Im so disappointed we made the decision to stop going to the hickory location. We don't have this issue anywhere else. We absolutely love the flavors of wings, but this location obviously doesn't understand how to sauce wings.
I picked up my food and half my order was missing. Why should I have to check my order when it should be prepared properly? I was too far away to return to the location so I called. No one picked up and I called at least 10 times. I even left a message with no return call. Bad customer service. You’ve lost my family’s and friends business over $10. Shame on you East Coast Wings!!!!!
