Table of 6 people. Three adults and Three teenage boys. The portions were generous. Loved the homemade potato chips and Mac and cheese. Ribs were also delicious. I love the chicken and avocado flatbread.
Our server was great, very attentive.

To go order was hot and ready when I arrived to pick up.
Everytime the chips are wadded up and soggy because the staff don't separate them in the fryer. The dressings are poorly marked as to which is ranch or blue cheese. There is hardly any sauce on the wings. I had a medium and hot in this order and there is never any heat with the hot. It is the craziest thing trying to order. There is the flavored sauce but never any "buffalo" sauce.
I love certain items on the menu, but the wings and dessert are hit or miss. Service and wait time have improved somewhat.

We ordered 2 servings of carrots and celery, along with our wings and chips. Once we got all the way home and settled we discovered there were NO orders of celery and carrots, although it was on the receipt. Not the first time it was left off, but we caught it in the car.
Dry rub wings are the best?
Could improve on the Margaritas,you were our of salt and they didn't taste very good last week when we were in and they weren't cheap - $8.99 each.

we come to your location every time to eat wings as the Clemmons location has good food but the service is awful and wait staff is so rude we had 9 Sat and the male waiter was super-friendly and very good service
My neighborhood restaurant food and service is good most of the time. Believe in supporting my neighborhood establishments.
Food was cold. Got a fried cajun sandwich. It was fried VERY hard. Possibly fried the day before. I had asked to add onion to my sandwich. Never been charged for that at other locations, so I did not realize, and was not told, that they charge for that. My husband got the grilled buffalo sandwich, overcooked and very small piece of chicken. Serving size for chips and tater tots was much smaller than the Salisbury location. We had to remind them to bring the ranch dressing for the chips & tots. Service was just ok. She was much more concerned with a larger party at the other table where she knew some of the people. Also, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant, but it was still very loud and not that clean.
Overall, I would not recommend that location and I'm glad this was not my first time at an ECW. Otherwise, I would not go back. Disappointing.

I eat there and my food was good but I got a take out order for my girls and brought it home and they fries were soggy and the chicken was also soggy was not crispy. Overall, I experience eating there in the food was very good. I just don’t know if your takeout orders needs to be checked more thoroughly.
The staff was Attentive, but made up for it without asking. But was closing and didn't tell us at all and running out of food due to a truck not arriving. That ia dad given the people they turned away a d if we could get things and told before we ordered drinks and sat down, we would have left so they could clean up and leave.
Let customers know when they arrive and if you don't, do then rush them to leave
