Our food was delicious. The only complaint I had was the container my salad was in contained a fair amount of water.

It'd be great if the salad dressings would have come in the pick up orders when you order salads so we didn't have to let the rest of our food get cold to get back in the car to go to the store and spend even more money and time to go buy salad dressings to be able to eat the food we'd ordered! It probably seems like such a minor thing but when it's the first time we'd ordered here, first impression wasn't great to cause an extra headache and inconvenience.
It's a great place, love the good and attention by servers. It's a 9 ouy of 10 because it is pricey but overall great restaurant!

We constantly have issues with this location and to go orders. The service of the bar staff that runs the take out orders is terrible. Unless you are a local at the bar, they really don’t care about you. 7 out of 10 times something is incorrect about the order or something is forgotten. If there is ever a business that opens up, remotely similar to ECW, we will happily stop coming here. Seeing as it’s one of the only spots, we roll the rice hope we’ve got them on a good night. We rarely win on that gamble.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I was really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered chicken tenders, and the picture showed them as crispy and battered, but what I received wasn’t battered at all. I didn’t realize I had to specifically choose that option — it was confusing and not clearly stated.
On top of that, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was ignored at the front for at least five minutes, which added to the frustration. I really enjoy East Coast Wings, but this experience left a bad impression.
I’d really appreciate a $50 gift card so I can give the menu another try and explore some new items. Thanks for considering it.
