The entire restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The staff has totally changed. This Sunday even though I asked our waiter to just issue me Points unless they were going to expire. He cashed out my points and not on my check! I lost my 9+ dollars and since it was for someone at my table he put them on I just let it go. I would like my money back on my card for my use. Order was correct and staff were pretty friendly!
I had a cobb salad along with five mango habanero wings and both hit the spot. Our waitress was very helpful since I was not familiar with quite a few of the choices she was a big help. I even had enough for leftovers which is always a bonus! 5 Stars....
Best wings ever. However, we are very disappointed that you replaced pub pretzels with pub bites. Sure hope you bring back the pretzels.

I see that you visited us recently and we did not execute to our normal standards. Coaching our new people is very important to us and we will continue to grow in our quality of service. Thank you for stopping in.
I was told the call-in order would be ready in approximately 30 minutes. When I arrived, 40 minutes later, the order was not ready. I left to pick up 2 items at the grocery store. When I returned, the order was still not ready. I also ordered 2 heat indexes, but they tasted the same, and neither were in the heat range I have been accustomed to at your store in Greensboro. DISAPPOINTED!
