The food was ok, kind of sloppy appearance, but ok. The restaurant was pretty messy though. Looks like it needs a deep cleaning
You LOST Seating capacity and The decor was Better the way that you had it. Not a universal decor but trending to no theme at all.!!
I placed an order to go and both the cashier the manager the bartender because I had a drink while I waited or all very nice all very attentive it was a great experience

Relaxed atmosphere, good food and great service.
So many wing choices. And if you don't like wings we can't be friends LOL, but there are many other great items on the menu. I've tried most of them. Excellent full service bar with amazing drinks. I love the weekly specials. Friendly servers. The food is always hot and fresh. Justin's customer service skills are some of the best I've ever experienced. We love ECW!!!

Eight is a decent score. Maybe work on consistent food quality would help. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it blah. Also, how about low carb options?

Food and employees
The shrimp tacos just tasted off. They weren’t terrible but they just had an off taste. the loaded tots were amazing though!
Food was great. The manager cooked and everything was just as I ordered. Sometimes the staff moved a little slow, but nothing to stop me from going back, but although it appeared to be remodeled I think they can do a better job on cleaning. There were crumbs in the seat as well as on empty tables. The floor could have been swept since the place wasn't packed at the time. I may be a clean freak when it comes to my food, but with the state of affairs in the world I think cleanliness is a high priority.

We order take out. The California Flat and friend green beans are great as take out.
The wings were so tough I could not even cut them with a knife. I couldn't get my fork tines to puncture the boneless wings so it was hard to eat them. The chips were tough and tasted like they had been fried the day before and then were put back into the fryer to heat up again. Couldn't eat them at all. I was kind of sad because I usually LOVE my food from ECW.
