Good customer service
The service was poor,
The food just wasn’t good. We have gone to this location a couple of times to see if they have gotten better and each time we go it is worse.
The food just isn’t the same,
The pretzel bites they are always covered with way to much of the salt and the cheese dip is never hot, it’s always room temp and not a good consistency.
The boneless wings are alway cover with way too much sauce almost like the poor it over them on the plate instead of mixing/tossing them in a bowl first
The chip literally came out to get ur table in a oily raw pile if floppy goo. We had to sit for 10 minutes to get a waitress to send them back. When We told the waitress about the chips she responded “ they are floppy” as if she knew already but still brought them to the table.
We waited another 10 minutes to get them back and the set we got was a bunch of broken crumbs and we’ll even some o of them we raw (ugh)
We finally get our. Check and discover that the didn’t get the Thursday special if .65 boneless wings and the waitress got mad that she had to go and redo our ticket
This branch just isn’t an ECW that we are use too
It’s like it has your name but not ECW
And to top it off it wasn’t busy we were one of 4 tables
And to bar stool sitters
They had 3 waitresses one of which had her children in the waiting room hanging out
Who must of been no older than 8 and 10 because she didn’t have daycare
This branch is definitely a poor example of ECW experience
We will not be going back it’s worth the money or the time

Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
We came in late, which we hate to do, but couldn't make it in earlier. The girl that greeted us was less than enthusiatic and told us "we close in 10 minutes". However all that negativity changed when Randy started taking care of us. He was welcoming and wonderful. He told us not to rush eating and to take our time and enjoy.our meal. What a true asset to your business. We did enjoy our meal and appreciated that someone seemed to appreciate our business. Hated to keep anyone late but appreciated a delicious meal and warm welcoming serrvice..Thanks Randy!
Our waitress was very slack, do not remember her name, but she did not check on us, acted like we were a bother to her. She was more worried about talking to the men at her other table. She was very rude!
The employees first and foremost. Obviously the food.
But my first complaint ever. Bring BACK the old beer cheese. That new stuff is like dipping chips in warm thick, repeat thick, goop.
Friendly waitress, time to receive food. The food wasn't dry .
Good food at a reasonable price. Wait staff friendly and attentive.
Not much of a waiting area
Friendliness of the employees from the hostess to the server and or bartender. Everyone is very efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. I always enjoy the food and the service!!!

Always a great experience at the Northlake location in Charlotte NC. This is my fav Wing spot and the bartender is the best she always takes care of me or my group which is why I tip heavy!!!
Wings weren’t very crispy and server was slow.
Staff is welcoming and friendly. Food is great and all our visits have incentivized is to make a return visit.

I believe your reward program should be better as your counterparts. More discounts, provide free chips with dip sauce as the customers wait for the appetizers and food order.

Salads and wraps are great. I personally don't eat chicken but love the vegetarian options that are offered. Service is wonderful and atmosphere is good.
