Make sure your food isnt burnt or extra hard buns from setting under the heat lamps. Came in the other day and my bread was extra hard! Another time i came in onion rings were burnt black and still served!
Seems like either the cook doesnt care about what they serve or the owner/manager doesnt.
Servers bringing request back more promptly

i dont know really, you never follow up to follow through in the past. you cheated me on my wing count, and you left off my celery and carrots. i called the store back, spoke to this rude condescending guy named Roger. he made a big deal about it, but the deal is you should easily be able to count to 10. he chastised me for not calling back sooner, he criticized his 'people' for not being able to count to 10. how moronic. im glad i didnt visit the store and talk to him-how embarassing, are you doing that bad that you gotta cheat me on the wings? my order prior to this had clumpy chunks of lemon pepper seasoning...yet it supposed to be a sprinkly dry rub. be consistent with you quality and dont be rude on the phone.

I had to wait over 45 mins to get my curbside pickup just to be told my food was giving to someone else. The food I received wasn’t made fresh and my carnival fries were very hard that I couldn’t eat them. I would love to give you guys another chance by making it right to remaking my order.

Prices have almost doubled and portions are halved in some cases. What amount or profit us enough ?
Your cooking of fries/chips always soggy and very greasy
Nothing you have control over. It's just really hard to pay $50 for 2 orders of wings and then be charged 75 cents for 4 skinny carrot pieces and an additional 75 cents for barely any celery. I do not appreciate the nickel and diming. Love you guys, but unfortunately, I can't afford you.
