Easy to order online and the curbside pickup was very convenient.
Fast and easy
The flavors are always consistent in flavor and heat index. I really like that I know exactly what to expect each time: you delicious wings.
I ordered before 8PM. I didn’t know they were closing early on Sunday. When I got there the food was already ready and they were very nice. But when I got home, all three philly’s bread was super soggy. Not toasted and buttery like normal. There was almost no meat on any of them which is not like normal at all. The fries, and sweet potatoes fries and chips were greasy, and overcooked and cold. And the salad was okay. I know I ordered later but shouldn’t I get the same quality food I paid for no matter what time it is ?
The people are fantastic. The beer is excellent and the food is supurb.
The two girls out front and John L in the kitchen are exceptionally nice and the food is great
Add more flavoring to the wings. We have to ask for extra sauce or dry rub each time we order

The Service and the quality of the food..
The food was good, but I'm not sure if the problem started with the online ordering or the demand/rush for food at the restaurant. I ordered online, a little over an hour before the scheduled pickup time. I scheduled pickup for 6 and did not get the food until 6:30. I was told there was a rush and the app did not do a good job at scheduling people or blocking out times. That said, I saw/talked to people who placed online orders well after I did, marked them for ASAP time, and received orders before me at 6:10/6:15. So I'm not sure if the girl just fed me a story to get me to just go away, or if there is some truth. I understand they were busy and working very hard, but somewhere/somehow, my order was badly handled. The waiting situation is much worse. There is a small waiting room for "ToGo" orders and no one is managing how many people are there and that they're 6ft apart. Some people went into the dining area, but others just mingled around. I waited outside for 30 minutes (along with 2-3 others) because we felt it was too crowded inside. Waiting outside there was no way the people inside had to communicate to us about our wait, the order status, or anything. Instead, we were asking the guy, who was cleaning the door constantly (he did a good job and was very nice), about our order. He did the best he could, but that was that great. I finally went inside for the final 10-15 minutes of my wait (yes, I waited 40-45 minutes because I got there slightly earlier than 6). I found a spot someone separated from others 2-3 tables into the dining room; however, people still meandered around and/or walked by to get food or something. I understand we're all learning how to handle this new "normal", but I felt this was one of the worse and some lesser known chains and/or locals are doing it much better and ECW in Kville could learn something from them.
My wings were to salty. I ordered lemon pepper extra saucy and they were dry and salty no extra sauce on them. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know who is doing the cooking but country club and Peters creek location lemon pepper is never salty. So you need to tell your cooks to be mindful of that.
Glad I could get some beer to go since we can't eat in the dining room right now. Of course, I would never drink the beer on my way home. Lol!
Courteous, but the left out the carrots and celery.
The service is great and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Please put bigger ingredients in the shrimp salads.
The last time I ordered, the person taking the order specifically asked if I wanted celery and carrots with my order. I said both. When I arrived home, I had neither. I didn't think to check my order before leaving. My mistake. Also, I left a good tip, and did not receive all my food in my order. The persons packing up the orders need to double check themselves. Otherwise, customers feel cheated. Especially now that everything is take-out only, and we are trying to be sure to patronize all the eating establishments as much as possible.
I did not eat in and ordered take out. Riley was thorough and efficient. She made sure my order was correct. She even sanitized the pen before I used it. Always friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first time visiting this location. It will become my location of choice. The employees, including the manager, were very helpful and made me feel like they cared about me as a person not just a customer. I will be back and I will recommend it to others.
Didn't get to dine in. ECW only doing take out orders. But, we will be extremely glad when we can dine in. Our order was ready on time and it was delicious!
My order was an online order and when I made a modification ( changed the pickup time) it charged me twice. I contacted the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone stated the manager said I had to contact my bank, that it was not their fault. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank on Monday. Online ordering should be a convenient way of placing an order and not a hassle. I have emails and screen shots with both charges, order confirmation, and order modification.
Friendliness of the person when I called, sign telling me what to do when I arrive and the friendliness of the staff. Food was good
