It was the worse experience I’ve ever had picking up food for take out. I was picking up food for 14 nurses who were working during the Covid 19 crisis. They lady working the take out was so rude. She had the worse attitude. I made 3 trips trying to get all the food to my car and then I decided to check my order just to make sure I had everyone’s food correctly. Everything was correct except I was missing one side salad with one of the combos. I went back inside and the lady basically called me a liar. I told her she was welcome to come check my car as I had not left the parking lot. Her and another coworker started talking right in front of me saying they pack the order themself and they know the salad was in there and I was lying. When she handed me the salad I told her if it was that big of a deal I would just give the nurse she shorted the salad my food and she could just keep the salad. She then said well I know you have the salad but what they say is the customer is always right so just take the salad. I have never been talked to so rude especially when I just spent $130.00 on food and all I was missing was a little side salad. I then asked to talk to the manager as I was so taken back by the entire situation. He said he just came on duty and didn’t know what was going on but apologized for the situation. No paying customer should ever be treated so rudely. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Staff and Management are friendly, attentive and professional. I'm very happy that you are open through this crazy time. We LOVE East Coast Wings!!

my wings where the best as always this tho the forgot to put my ranch and celery, carrots in my bag. also the new mixed vegetables where great

Engage in more COVID19 precautions. I feel like the girl upfront who’s touching all the food and bags, pulling out my food to show it to me, and then touching my credit card, and then touching the next person’s stuff, is cross contaminating with anyone in Winston-Salem who has this virus and comes to pick up food. Always makes me uneasy about picking up my food from your restaurant.

The food was great but a little cold. I ordered curb side pick up but when I arrived no one answered the phone. Each time I called, the phone was hung up. Went in to get food and it had been sitting therefore it was not hot.
The taste was great hence the recommendation.
