The food was great, as always. I wish employees had been wearing masks.
No organization in place to pickup orders. There were 9 people patiently waiting while the hostess took her time. Many of the guests were waiting to pickup prepaid orders.
I came in about a week after the COVID19 shut down. We got our order quickly and everything was correct. This last visit was horrible. Order not even in store after being placed 40 minutes before pick up. Had to wait 30 minutes on order for it to be wrong. Then the waitress argued that ranch did not come with anything you order....even though that is what the fries and onion petals ask for as a dipping sauce. Not to mention I paid for 4 extra and carrots and celery which I did not get......even after her going back to bring the ranch. I was not the only one whose orders were incomplete
In the middle of a pandemic you suspend online ordering? Tried several times to order by phone but just left on hold for 4 or 5 minutes. Finally drove to the store and ordered inside. Ordered a grilled chicken buffalo wrap with Teri-ginger. There was no Teri-ginger or any other sayce except ranch on it. Also ordered Hawaiian chicken tacos and got no pineapple salsa, just chicken, cheese and lettuce. On top of that I have a $10 birthday credit and another $5 credit but couldn't use either one because the system was down but yet I still got my points so how was the system down? Horrible experience.
Denver East coast team is always a wonderful visit! I can’t wait to get back and see everyone. Our food was fresh as always and everyone is always so nice!
I ordered some wings last month, and the wings smelled old, and tasted funny. So I called the store in kannapolis, and the manager told, her comments: "o you must got a bad batch ". Nothing to say to the customers. But I'll find another one to go to. The workers are great. Alisia always have a smile on her face. I'll give her a shout out.
Order was correct this time and food was wonderful we will order again this week!!

I sent my mom to pick up my order, And she said one of the employees which was a girl. Told her to go out the other door, But let the white people go out the same door that they came in. So she said she felt discriminated!.

My wife and I live only 1/2 mile from this restaurant. Our favorite place to eat. Great food for fair price and the service is outstanding.
We often take friends and visitors.

Great food and excellent customer service. General Manager Shane was extremely attentive to our needs and very professional.
Even with the closed dining rooms right now, we still get good service at the counter. The food has been good and we appreciate all the staff is doing to help us eat. :-)
I’m waiting on a call from them manager at the Denver,NC location. After using my mobile apt I realized the order went to the wrong location. I called that location spoke with Katlyn and Justin before the order was made. They could not refund my money, but told me they would have the manager call who would be able to do this. Did not receive call on Monday 5-4 will be call today myself to hopefully get a refund on the order. Will be happy once we can return to the restaurant to eat.

Very good except chips are always burnt and don’t taste good. Multiple times they’ve been like that.
The pick up process needs some work....suggest using the patio area for pickup if you have already paid or ordered on line...too congested and too may people waiting in small area..people coming in to place order are causing problems...Did pickup Friday evening had to wait nearly 20 more minutes after being told to come in 20 min....food was great as always...Please work on the process and think about utilizing patio door for prepaid ....just not able to do proper distancing with current setup...thanks as always...

I ask for the New Serrano Pepper flavor, which I have ordered quite a few times. At this particular franchise, I recieved it with CHEESE on it for some reason. And not even the good cheese. It resembled the kind thats put on your salads. And if it's not that problem the wings are usually FRIED TO DEATH. So hard that when you bite into them, you can't distinguish between meat or bone!!! I love East Coast, but this one, which I can walk to, needs help..... I'm still upset, I should screenshot this and post it. SO FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
