Javier is our termite rep. He does a thorough job and is always a pleasure to deal with. We have transferred our bond with Bug Out for 3 homes because we want to keep him. James is our lawn rep and he is knowledgeable and responsive. He's always willing to do what it takes to make us happy and that is no easy task.
