Richard is personable, thorough, and communicates very well. We had him inspect a home built in 2006 that we plan to purchase and we would him anytime. He and his company (Highland Home Inspection) were recommended by our buyer's agent / realtor, and I'm glad we chose him. He was able to schedule the inspection in a very timely manner and he brought a team member with him to expedite the process. He encouraged us to accompany them and was available throughout the inspection - pointing out areas of concern or items we should be aware of in the future. His report was quite thorough and delivered the very next day.

Dan was excellent and very thorough! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. The report was very detailed.

I was unable to be present for the home inspection so I had my realtor accompany the inspector. The inspector conducted the summary virtually with me and was incredibly thorough while explaining deficiencies that had been found. The inspector had an incredible instinct to take me to certain issues, without being prompted, when I needed a more visual explanation. The report was compiled promptly and enabled me to make informed decisions about the house.
