Andy Vergara recently inspected a home I was in the process of purchasing. He was methodical and took his time to detail every important aspect of the property inside and out. While walking from space to space, he was very thorough in explaining his findings in ways that was easy to understand, and left copious notes and recommendations within his inspection report for remedial actions.
