Dan was great, incredibly thorough, a good communicator. I never had a useful home inspection before this. Extremely helpful. My offer took into account things I learned in the inspection and I ultimately did not buy the house. I used Highland Home Inspection again and the second inspection, by a different person, was just as good. I did buy the second house.

Very thorough and knowledgeable home inspector

Andy was a thorough inspector. 2nd time using Highland Inspections.
The report was detailed and also included pre-closing inspection list and a home maintenance list.
One thing that would be great at the end is a summary list of recommended repairs grouped by item (plumbing, electrical...etc) and next to each line item (location/room)
