Felipe visited my townhouse to do an inspection on one area of concern. While here, he was kind enough to also take a look at my furnace and electrical panel just to be sure they were up to code. He went into my attic and took a look at my sunroom roof (from all angles). I was very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Extremely thorough

Dan was on time, professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly inspected the property (leaving no stone unturned!), and explained everything defective condition he found, as well as a way that the condition could be corrected. Dan also made himself available the following day so that my realtor and I could discuss the reaction/comments to the pre-drywall report by the builder's construction manager. Thank you, Dan and HHI!

Dan was thorough and transparent. He arrive early and did the exterior assessment first. He then walked us through every level of the home and talked us through everything he found. While it was alot of information dumped on us at once, nothing in the report was a surprise because he addressed them all during the inspection. We were able to ask questions and get clear answers during the inspection as well. Dan also offered assistance after the inspection if we had questions after he left.

Felipe is kind, professional, honest, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. We're still looking for a home, but I'll be asking for Felipe personally when I come back to Highland for our inspections. Felipe alone has sold this entire company to me as the ones I want to be doing my inspections.
