Thorough inspection report. Dan took the time to explain his findings to me even though I was not able to be there in person.

They scheduled my inspection quickly. The inspector was so thorough and provided tips for maintaining my appliances

Very friendly & informative. If I had any questions prior to the pre-drywall inspection, I was always able to email and receive a timely reply back from Debbie. Then with my pre-drywall inspection I came out with my inspector who was Dan, not only was he friendly but he was also patient with any questions or concerns noticed during the walk through and took his time to explain it and ensure I also understood the information he provided. All in all, I’m very appreciative and pleased with the thorough work Highland did for my pre-drywall inspection and I’m looking forward to using them for future inspections for my new build home. Thank You!
