Richard is personable, thorough, and communicates very well. We had him inspect a home built in 2006 that we plan to purchase and we would him anytime. He and his company (Highland Home Inspection) were recommended by our buyer's agent / realtor, and I'm glad we chose him. He was able to schedule the inspection in a very timely manner and he brought a team member with him to expedite the process. He encouraged us to accompany them and was available throughout the inspection - pointing out areas of concern or items we should be aware of in the future.
