My technician, Tiere R., is outstanding and consistently provides a high level of customer care.He proactively reaches out to schedule service appointments and always takes the time to ask about any concerns I may be experiencing. Before beginning service, he carefully assesses the conditions around my home to ensure the treatment is tailored to any current needs.
Since I work from home, there are times when I am in meetings while Tiere is performing service. He is always considerate of my schedule and makes a point to keep me informed by texting any important updates and following up afterward with details about the service performed. His communication, professionalism and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
Lastly, I want to recognize the efficiency and responsiveness of the office staff. My service tech Wilson is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve interacted with Conner when calling the office and she is kind and professional. Customer service has been great so far. I would highly recommend Nader’s for pest control services.
The last service call with Dustin Parker was exceptional. He quickly diagnosed how ants were getting into our home and stopped them cold. We really appreciated his ability to end our ant invasion.
