From the very beginning, Arrow Pest , formally Hutto Pest Control, has been professional, friendly, reliable, and incredibly thorough. They show up on time, explain everything clearly, and somehow make pest control feel way less stressful and way more under control.
Since using them, the bugs/spiders/creepy little freeloaders have apparently gotten the message that this is no longer a welcoming environment for that, I am forever grateful.
A special shoutout to Jason and Omar for always being kind, knowledgeable, and making the whole process easy. It’s not every day you find a company that’s both highly effective ,pleasant to deal with but most of all TRUSTWORTHY.

I have been using Hughes Exterminators for over 5 years now. I would recommend their pest control, termite control BUT not the wildlife control or the lawn service. At one time I trusted all areas of their services but after unsatisfactory experiences that altered my opinion.
I must say that all of their associates I have encountered are very friendly and professional - that has never been an issue, in fact several have gone beyond what you would expect.
My issues lie with the outrageous cost for mediocre delivery on an issue I had with a rodent in my wall. My bad for agreeing to the $1800 charge not understanding how little I would receive for that price. I must say that I used them at my previous property and the issue was resolved and service at that time was great - now it has changed.
The lawn service was exceptional at my other property but here in my new home it was disappointing. I had a new lawn and the weeds were overtaking it. I understood one weed in particular is hard to kill but, they could not even control the common weeds. So I felt that those months and months of paying were a waste.
