Doug was the first technician who came out and he was very very knowledgeable and helpful! He was kind and patient and quick. I would recommend him to anyone! After the first visit the pests got a little more aggressive as to which I was upset, but another technician named Jim and the branch manager made sure to come out again to treat a second time promptly. So far it seems to have helped a bit and I’m hoping it will completely resolved. I will continue to use this company as they are patient and understanding and I would recommend to others.
