Stark has been very responsive for service requests when needed, which is rare. Rarity is due to their regular scheduled inspections and services. They notify me when they are coming, show when expected, interact on a very professional, and yet personal manner, and handle any request so I may have.

Dennis is extremely kowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help us maintain a bug free home. He take the time to listen to our concerns, and treats the home accordingly. Dennis has been our technician since 2021. If we ever lost Dennis as our technician for whatever reason, we would seriously consider another local company to service our home.

When they called to let us know they’re coming we have a young man named Mike. He always ask if I have any concerns about ants, wasp, anything and he always attacks a problem. It’s like having a family member watching out for you.
