Tammy does an awesome job!!!! She is super-through and conscientous, and does a great job of explaining what she's doing, how it works, what I should look for. She's highly responsive and also very pro-active. Since she's been treating the house - including dusting the attic and crawl space - the incidence of pests has basically disappeared. She used to have to clear for cobwebs, but there are almost never any spiders here because there aren't any other insects for the spiders to feed on. She's super friendly and represents your company very well!
All techs within Arrow in the Chattanooga & surrounding areas has given my homes excellent service. All have been extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend Arrow Exterminators for all your needs!
