Always responsive. Reps always call before a visit, or text. I have a few policies from the rentals, over the years. The customer service is always good. It seems like the company treats the employees well, as they all are professional (office staff and representatives.)

always asks if theres any where else needed to spay for pests. they come on regular quarterly visits. when we purchased our home it was ingested with cochroaches 4 yrs ago. no problems since they e been coming. dependable and willing to go beyond service if ever needed.

Consistently excellent service. Technicians are the best. Recalls (Ants) are never an issue. I’ve been living in Knoxville almost 20 years and Arrow has been my service since day one. I’ve only had two pest control techs. Alan then Justin. That speaks volumes for the company they work for. Keep up the good thing you folks have going!
