Well, to begin, our service guy, Marcus is extremely polite and always on time. He explains what he’s going to do and always ask if there’s anything that we’ve noticed that may need attention. That I believe is the main thing that stands out in regards to your services. The chemicals used has worked for us thus far.
You take care of all our pest needs, including mosquitoes. I also enjoy having the same technician each visit. Uriel is top notch.

Arrow Exterminators listen when I have issues to solve amid unexpected circumstances like an army of crickets that would not stop coming or an invasion of ants in my kitchen.
The company exterminated 3 or 4 times to finally stop the invasion of crickets, taking in more territory each time, including under my house. They read the seriousness of an ant invasion in my kitchen moving at a fast pace and pulled an employee from another job 56 miles away to stop them.
The people they hire have been extraordinarily well mannered, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they use. They try really hard to keep their appointments as close to time as possible, considering they have to keep other customers happy, as well and call when they need to with an update.
I, also, have chosen to take my pets off of chemicals, as much as possible, so my serviceman is working with me on answering questions, making changes in where I want sprayed and skipping the winter quarter to treat at all. Their chemicals are not supposed to harm pets as long as the spray is allowed to dry before exposure. I still do not allow spraying in my back yard where my dogs are most of the time. They are working with my experiment and hopefully preventing fleas and ticks from moving into the yard by spraying the allowed area around the entire outside of the yard instead of in it.
I have posted another recommendation a few years ago, with pictures of my flower bed in the front yard after a spraying of the yard in front of it and it was swarming with bees and other beneficial insects. The flowers were in great shape. I am convinced that they knew what they were doing.
I am really impressed with my current serviceman, his professionalism and knowledge, so I asked if he had cards I could give to my friends and neighbors.
