Their communication was expedient, their services were very thorough even getting behind large appliances of their own accord, and the outcomes were great. I really liked the work performed by Russ, he was a true professional and he is the type of worker that promotes brand loyalty. He communicated clearly, he established collaborative efforts to accomplish the goal, and he tempered expectations of how the plan would workout within agreed timelines. He was very quiet, and respectful of our home, and he worked effectively and thoroughly when performing his work.
