Our service person is excellent. Always prompt, friendly and dependable. Very helpful if we are having a problem.
The service people want to know if you are having any pest problems. They listen to you. If a treatment doesn't work well and problems start happening, they will come out again for another treatment. The service people are friendly and will take time to hear your concerns.

The service is reliable and effective, techs are friendly and rates are reasonable.
My only suggestion is that the company alert the homeowner a day or so in advance of service so that we can let the company know of any special concerns that need to be addressed. Our tech usually only lets us know he's coming right before he arrives, and sometimes we are noit home to talk with him at that time.
Otherwise, I am very happy with Stark Exterminators.
