Norm is a great technician who is knowledgeable regarding how to treat for pests, he’s professional, always punctual for his appointments and responsive to needs should I have emergencies.
I like when the time it's scheduled they actually show up on time. I also liked when they had to cancel due to rain that they called and was very easy to reschedule another appointment in a timely manner
Arrow has the best people working for them. We always had respectful kind people who come to our home. Right now Emily is great. And the fellow First name removed before her was fantastic as well. Companies need more good workers like arrow has.
