Great customer service from Jordan my service tech, he greets me with a smile, always ask if I've seen any bugs since his last visit, if so he wants to know where, so that extra attention is given in those areas. He has the mindset of "no bugs coming thru on his watch", and I love it, because I don't like bugs.
