I like the communication and price for quarterly service. They are quick to respond when there's an issue. I had them check for termites which we knew there were in an ADU attached to a rental property and they came out told me exactly what the game plan was and took care of it the next day. Didn't need to tent the house just treat what was open and put the traps around the building. I have been referring them to everyone I know!
Arrow has helped me through the years to keep rats from coming into the house, keeping termites away, spraying for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks, and most recently, spiders and ants. What they do works. No rats in the house and no termites. The mosquitoes are much less and the dogs are still flea and tick free. I haven’t had to use any flea meds yet!
The employees are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Arrow to help you with any needs you have involving rodents and bugs! Yes, it costs money but having reasonable monthly payments versus large amounts of my savings to battle the problem when it comes ( yes I had rats living in my walls that were an expensive nightmare to get rid of before I started using Arrow) is the best way to go.

Prompt, technician is professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Arrived on time.
I was happy with my visit this week with Alex. But I was disappointed that the service doesn’t include remediation for small flying insects inside the dwelling (like fruit fly-like) insects. Alex referred me to purchase a Zevo as solution. It was good that he knew where to go but bad that it wasn’t included in our regular service. That these are not included was not up to expectations.

Technicians are on time, courteous, and professional. I have never had a call back. Arrow handles mosquitoes on the exterior and also sprays the inside of the house for for roaches, etc. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years.
