Everything! Jared is well-educated about his job and he always gives me options about when he comes. I like that the exterminators do their own scheduling instead of the office staff having to get in touch with the exterminator.
I can usually get a person on the phone when I call about scheduling…..and don’t have to talk to some crazy machine that doesn’t get my message where it needs to get. My tech is always pleasant and polite and tends to any needs. Thank you!

Kind, trustworthy and efficient service
Both the lawn and home are done well. Jim handles the home pest control and does an excellent job. Professional and friendly. He makes me feel like a valued customer. Not as familiar with the lawn tech but his report and the results are fine. The transition from many years with Tropicare was not easy as I knew the owner well. At one time he and his family were my neighbors.All ended up very well.
From the phone call I made to the actual day of pest control application, the best customer service was experienced. Kayla is very professional, very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. The people she assigned this job to were equally as good! Bill and Ron were on time for the appointment and very professional and thorough. I appreciated all three and cannot say enough good about the service from the first phone call to meeting Bill ________ and Ron Harbuck on site for them to inspect and treat the property. On a scale of 1-10, I give 10 plus. I’m very thankful to have found these three people for this service.
