I had a great experience with Arrow Exterminators. From scheduling to service, everything was smooth and professional. The technician who came out was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to prevent future pest issues.
He inspected thoroughly, treated all the necessary areas, and even followed up to ensure everything was working as expected. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with real expertise, but Arrow Exterminators definitely does. Service worker is very nice and does a great job spraying.
We use Arrow for pests, mosquitoes, fire ants and termites and we haven’t had any issues since using them. Also, everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend using Arrow.
