I appreciate the re-treatment when we kept seeing ants after the initial treatment. Kyle Bush did an excellent job by doing more than just re-treating the area where we saw ants. He looked around and found another infected and re-treated that area as well.

I used to live in the city of Knoxville and now a remote area in Cocke County, Tennessee. All of my technicians have been great. Courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. They even give me their cell phone number if I have any pest issues between quarterly services. Highly recommend.

I like employees like Wayne who are courteous, knowledgable, and aren't salesmen. Other of your employees have spent their time trying to talk me into mosquito service, or termite service, or wildlife service, or ant service, anything. Wayne comes and does his work, does it well, is knowledgable, and leaves. Certainly if we are having trouble or I have a concern, he will recommend a course of action that could include one of your extra services, but otherwise he is focused on his service.
I also like that you still physically call to make an appointment. I do wish you had an online system where I could make an appointment outside of buisness hours, but otherwise the personal touch is nice.
