Guess, there was a slight problem on Friday, as I hadn't heard from anyone @ Zerorez, so I called in & was told my someone answering the phone, that they hadn't received anything from my e-mail that I had sent about 2 weeks earlier...... So after working with the gal on the phone, finally got someone out on the day I requested which was Nov 30 th it was afternoon appt, which ended -up being okay................Thanks:

I like how easy it is to schedule and the cost. Unfortunately this time the carpet wasn’t able to get very clean but that was because the spots must have been too old.
