The Zero service and cleaning is outstanding! The technician called 20 min before he arrived, looked at and measured the area to be cleaned, and gave me the exact amount it would cost.

When he finished , my carpet looked like new. Whatever Zero's formula for cleaning is, it does not leave a wet or soapy film behind.

I've had Zero clean my carpet before and clean my air ducts. I have always been happy with their work.

My biggest issue with your company is having to pay a minimum charge to come out to Deer Park. My daughter lives 10 minutes south of Deer Park and you don’t charge her a minimum. I had used your company for over 8 years and never had a minimum, then several years ago I was told about the minimum. I changed carpet cleaning companies that didn’t charge a much minimum. I decided to use your company again because I needed the carpets done sooner than I could get an appointment with another company. As much as Deer Park has grown you would think charging a minimum would end.

It was very easy to make an appointment online for the day and time that fit my schedule. The operator was prompt and efficient and very personable. I appreciate having the look and feel of clean carpets again!

Our carpets were filthy, as we had not had them cleaned since Christmas. Three long haired dogs and human traffic made them look dull and old. They dogs had also taken their bones through the dog door and eaten them on the dining room carpet. My current vacuum is also getting old and the light beige, 20 year old carpet needed help. We thought about replacing it.
