A young man named Tyler J. was our technician this time and we were so very pleased with him. He was so kind, considerate (we're an elderly handicapped couple), and he is an absolute professional who takes obvious pride in his work. It shows in in the wonderful job he did on our home. Our old, dirty carpets have honestly never looked so good. It was absolutely our pleasure to meet him and we couldn't be happier with the result he achieved for us.

Very convenient to be able to make an appointment online. Appointments were actually available the same day. My technician was named Chase and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He worked up the best possible deal with services that would best attack my carpet issue. When he was done, he showed me the room, explained everything he had done, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Zerorez exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again without hesitation.
