Easy to book and work with

I have used Zerorez for years and love it when my carpets are freshly cleaned. I know it is hard to gauge a dollar amount when I call to schedule as when they get here it entails more than what I had expected. I do feel it is quite expensive. The guarantee of work is what I like the best. Today I had a recall for a pet smell issue. He did a topical and I am hopeful that will take care of the problem this time.

Zero Rez does a great job getting my carpets clean. I’ve had them back a number of times over the years. This time, my dog was sick and had an accident upstairs. Blake got the nasty stain out and my carpets look like new! Professional. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The young man who cleaned our ducts worked swiftly, quietly, and very carefully. He maneuvered the big vacuum and all the equipment around all the corners without any bumps, and was careful of furnishings. He explained each step and what to expect, and answered all our questions very clearly and politely We enjoyed having him in our home.
