This is the first time I used Zerorez carpet cleaning services and I'm glad I did. Last couple of times that I've cleaned my carpets was with my own cleaner. Apparently I haven't been getting all the soap out which left the carpet "crunchy" when dried. Zerorez's technique left the carpet soft to the feet when dried, and looked a heck of a lot better than when I did it. Plus, the technician came when scheduled and I received a text prior to his arrival to make sure I was home. Thanks Zerorez Team!!!
