Recently, our dog was very sick, and threw up and urinated all over the living room and hallway carpet. Even though I tried to treat the spots and stains with a enzyme cleaner, the spots were not coming up. Jeff worked very hard to get the 30 year old cream colored carpet as clean as he could. It looks and smells much better !

I like the fact that you don't leave a soapy residue. However, on my last service the tech left the carpets very wet. It took 3-days for the carpet to get dry and this is with my ceiling fan going constantly all those days. Other than that she did a good job.

The word is out for Zerorez Spokane which has made them very busy. I had an appointment 2-5 and the young lady arrived right at five but did not rush through the job at hand. I wanted protection on the hall and living room which she confirmed. Very courteous and efficient employee.
