I loved how quickly they service was to clean my whole home. The tech was amazing and friendly. he really connected with us! He even entertained the kids that we running around there.
They do make their customers feel satisfied with their work.
Like the product and the service was questionable. He quoted the extra cost for the urine removal, but then when he was finished then he said it was going to cost an extra 90.00 for a sealer. I said; why didn't you tell us that this was going to cost extra; and his response was that the company didn't allow them to say anything about it until the cleaning was done. That's a bunch of bull. If your cleaning person can't give you a final complete cost for everything to be done before he started, then don't expect us to pay for extra service that should of been quoted at the beginning of the job. I don't appreciate you changing the original quote after the fact.

I've been using Zerorez for 20 yrs on rentals as well as my own home and they have never let me down. I don't know how they do it but they always leave my carpets looking like new, no matter how dirty tenants left them. Recently they got out a huge red blob of nail polish or lipstick - or who knows what. I thought the carpet would have to be replaced but Z-rez got it looking good as new like they always do. They are the only carpet cleaner's l will ever use.
