I was amazed at what a great job you did. Our carpet was stained in our basement from a previous pet and aftermath of cleaning that was done. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. Your crew removed the staining.

The technician was very cordial and worked very diligently to get things done. When he had to come back and fix some dirt spots that appeared after the carpet dried, he did it with the same polite manner. Job very well done.

I would rate Zerorez about 6/10 for some reason it won’t let me chance the number at the top! Our carpets look great, the tech was friendly, but he tricked me into purchasing an additional service while he was there which I felt wasn’t fair of them and I ended up paying more than I had planned! We probably won’t use zerorez again for that reason!
