I'm a bit surprised that my carpet is not dry yet....service was Saturday -completed at approximately 10:30 am and today, Monday at 2:30 p.m. there were still areas that were damp.

They were quick to get us in for a measurement of our clinic. And we got in for a cleaning the very next day. They were on time to this appointment and were very quick and efficient when they were here. The gentleman was clear on what we should expect, and reasured the wrinkles in the carpets would flatten out once dried. They did and the carpets look amazing. There is such a noticeable difference.
